The Forensic system of Thailand appears to have many legal and operating problems. The Ministry of Public Health Thailand is trying to solve these problems by reconsider the law governing forensic. APEC CTF was requested to design and facilitate a workshop to institute appropriate forensic system for Thailand. This project is at the moment an on-going process. Three research methods were chosento apply in this project, particularly Stakeholder analysis, Real-time Delphi and Scenario planning. After reviewing the status of the system and attending roundtable discussion with the key personals, we have formed a clear understandingtowards the status of forensic system and now could identify all of focal stakeholders. The scenario workshop is planned to take placeduring1-2 February 2010.
