On 21–23 March 2023, Dr. Surachai Sathitkunarat, the assistant to the NXPO president and the Director of APEC Center for Technology Foresight (APEC CTF), was invited to share experiences in the 26th meeting of the Technology Executive Committee (TEC) held in Songdo, Incheon, Republic of Korea.

During the event, Dr. Surachai and the experts discussed various aspects of technology transfer, including the challenges and opportunities involved in transferring technologies from research institutions to industry. They also shared their experiences in navigating the legal and regulatory frameworks that govern technology transfer, as well as the importance of building strong partnerships between academia and industry.

The Technology Executive Committee (TEC) is a subsidiary body of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and is responsible for providing advice and recommendations on technology-related matters related to climate change mitigation and adaptation.
