On 24 November 2022, Dr. Surachai Sathitkunarat, Executive Director of the APEC Center for Technology Foresight (APEC CTF) has been invited to present in the XII International Academic Conference, in FORESIGHT AND SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION POLICY, which is hosted by National Research University, Higher School of Economics, Moscow, Russia.

In the online webinar platform, Dr. Surachai introduced the project “Circular Economy Technology in APEC” which is a self-funded Project endorsed by Policy Partnership on Science, Technology and Innovation (PPSTI). The potentials for collaboration in the project categories are analyzed and presented under criteria of drivers, solutions, and resources enablers across with focused initiative, multi-purpose enabler-driven initiative, and issue-driven initiative with integrated interventions.
